Ingredients:
1 pack frozen cassava
¾ cup sugar
1 cans coconut milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
½ stick butter – soften
Method:
- Mix egg + sugar
- Add vanilla, coconut milk
- Add cassava, mix all well
- Finally, add butter
- Bake – 350F for 45 minutes, then 400F for 15 minutes
