Bengkang/Bingka Ubi

Ingredients:

1 pack frozen cassava

¾ cup sugar

1 cans coconut milk

3 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

½ stick butter – soften

Method:

  1. Mix egg + sugar
  2. Add vanilla, coconut milk
  3. Add cassava, mix all well
  4. Finally, add butter
  5. Bake – 350F for 45 minutes, then 400F for 15 minutes
